Dad Brian and mom Helen are both retired Naval aviators who, after experiencing life all over the country and overseas, chose to put down roots in Anacortes to raise their three children. Tommy (9th), Kyle (8th), and Cate (6th) have attended ASD schools since kindergarten, participating in the full range of academic and extracurricular opportunities offered here.

Cate says, “I love how included I feel at school. The teachers and staff are so welcoming and ready to help. We’re lucky to be a part of this community.”
